Haus Romsicht Carinthia The house is entirely at your disposal. The house stands on 1500m2 of land and the garden can be used all around. There is a rocking chair in the tree, there are outdoor toys available and from the garden you enter the basement areas under the house where you can store your bicycles or skis and/or sports equipment. There is sun all year round and you can seek shade under the chestnut tree in the middle of the garden and under the awning on the wooden terrace where there is an outdoor dining area and a lounge set and sun loungers. At the front door you have a covered area outside where you can sit nice and cool in the summer and in the winter you can put your ski gear here. Upon entering there is a spacious hall. Spacious toilet with sink and washing machine. Large bedroom with a double bed with adjustable slatted base overlooking the garden. Kitchen-diner with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and spacious seating area where you can all sit together, eat or play games. Living room with lovely corner sofa (part of which you can also convert into a double sofa bed) and TV. There are games and books in the cupboard. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 3 of which have a double bed and 1 room has an extra single bed and 2 bedrooms have a balcony with a view of Italy and Slovenia. Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Washing machine is free to use. Motorcyclists can store their motorcycle under the shelter at the front door or in the driveway, where there is also room for 2 cars and if the motorcycle is not too wide, it will fit through the cellar door and can be stored in the lockable cellar. We also have a garage further away where the motorcycles can be stored locked if necessary. (5 minute walk, or we will pick you up and take you by car for that part)
